1. Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Lead times for bulk orders may vary.



2. Payment Options



  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in select areas

  • GCash / Bank Transfer (BPI )

  • Credit/Debit Card via website checkout

  • Full payment may be required for custom or large-volume orders.



3. Delivery & Shipping



  • Laguna & nearby provinces: 2–5 business days

  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

  • Free delivery available for bulk orders (contact us for details)

  • Extra charges may apply for remote or special deliveries.



4. Returns & Exchanges



  • No returns for opened/used items due to product nature.

  • Report damaged, incorrect, or expired items within 48 hours.

  • Send us a photo, order number, and description to request replacement/refund.



5. Cancellation Policy



  • Cancel within 12 hours of placing an order.

  • Notify us immediately for COD cancellations.

  • We reserve the right to cancel due to stock issues or delivery limitations. Full refund will be issued.
